There are a lot of factories in the Philippines that make this delicious banana chips. It is sliced banana dried, deep fried and sweetened. It is crunchy and has that smooth and soft center. I don't know how they do that but even thought it was dried and fried and sweetened the taste of the banana is still there. It was not altered in any way.
This is a snack you can bring while watching a movie or just having a chat with friends. A perfect replacement for salty chips you can find in the market.
