Food trucks always fascinated me ever since watching that food truck contest on Food Network. There are lots of groups and each group has a food truck and specific cuisine that they serve. They have a day to go around the city and sell their food, whoever has the highest income wins, and the lowest gets outed.
So, when we saw two food trucks at Edmonton (Canada), we decided to eat there. We chose the Thai food over the other one (which serves burgers, fries, etc).
We ordered a Pad Thai with vegetables, and I shared it with my mom and sister (their serving is good for three people!) Anyway, it was unexpectedly delicious and tasty! :) I loved the experience of just eating on the chairs provided in the park, and enjoying the company of friends and watching the people performing in the park. :)
