Native Food: Ibus

Wrapped in a coconut leaf is this another local food found here in the Philippines. This is called Ibus. This is famous especially during the Holy week and Halloween. But available all throughout the year.

It has a rice consistency only that it is sticky. If eaten alone it can be a bit blunt so I eat it with sugar but others like my mom and dad they like to eat without the sugar. I guess you can eat it anyway you want it. This is best paired with a hot drink like coffee or hot chocolate.
